Before placing an order with the ELIOFERRARO.COM you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Buying products on our website
After placing an order with us, we must receive the whole payment of the price for the goods that you order,before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we willsend you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and then dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the ELIOFERRARO.COM are given in Euros (€) and are shown inclusive of Italy sales tax(IVA) at the current rate of 20%, but NOT inclusive of delivery costs. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU), then IVA will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice.If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EU then the total price willinclude IVA at the current rate.
Please note that ELIOFERRARO.COM has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you shall be liable.
You must pay by debit or credit card at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order.
Return terms
Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the legal right to return the purchased goods within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods, in accordance with the following procedures:
1. Clients must e-mail returns@elioferraro.com within 7 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). This e-mail must include Order Number (T#######), Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a merchandise exchange or refund.
2. Returns must be sent with UPS. Clients must write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instruction in the RAN E-mail (the UPS courier will provide the Airway Bill to complete upon pick-up)
3. Notification of returns, received outside of the above time frames, will not be accepted.Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
4. Return Shipments are at client’s expense. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Returns for item exchanges that are of a lesser value of the item returned are at the client’s expense: shipment and return import fees will be deducted from the partial refund
5. Once the returned goods have properly reached us, the sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
Return conditions
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us inthe condition they were as delivered to you and therefore, returned with their original packaging including,in the case of shoes, original boxes (If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costsof delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you).
The original ELIOFERRARO.COM Product Authenticity Tag with the original intact Security Cord must beattached to the item(s) and therefore can not be removed prior returns.
Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. If you fail to comply with the above obligations, your entitlement to a refund may be affected.
Liability
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchaseprice of the Product you purchased.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining allnecessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site.The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any statutory rights you might have as a consumer or our liabilityto you for any fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Information you provide
You confirm that all information supplied by you in using this website is true and accurate and that you havethe legal authority to purchase goods or services using this website.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize us to use, store or otherwise process any personalinformation which related to and identifies you, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the serviceswhich are available through our website.
Security
We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure and in the absenceof negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procuresunauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.
Furthermore, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and accountusername.
